The Physicans Ownership Model is established as a free-standing sleep diagnostic testing facility owned by the physician's practice and managed by SleepWorks.

Hospital Based Facilities Managed by SleepWorks
The Hospital Model exists as an in-house or off-site sleep diagnostic testing facility. It is also owned by the hospital and managed by SleepWorks.
